Our fees

Each company who provides home care services charge different amounts for their services. Our fees are reasonable, easy to understand and with no hidden charges.

We will work with you to determine what is needed and we will help you understand all aspects of your care plan, and how much it will cost before you agree to anything.

The exact fees and amounts will be in your personalised agreement, and you can download our Country to Coast Home Care Services Pricelist.

  • We do not charge the basic daily care fee.
  • We do not charge the exit fee.

Government contributions

You can purchase services directly with us, or you can apply for Government funding via an aged care assessment to get an approval.

If approved, you will be allocated funding when it is available and then you enter into a service agreement with a care provider – and we are one of those options.

For more information on how to apply for an assessment visit My Aged Care, or contact us.

Support at Home program

The Support at Home program was introduced by the Government in November 2025, replacing the Home Care Packages Program and the Short-term Restorative Care Programme.

Under Support at Home, you have access to a defined list of services to support you to live at home for longer. This can include support for:

  • clinical supports, such as nursing care, occupational therapy, and podiatry
  • independence, such as help with showering, taking medications, transport, and respite care
  • everyday living, such as cleaning, gardening, shopping, or meal preparation.

If you are approved to receive ongoing Support at Home services, you will be assigned one of 8 funding classifications for your care needs which can range from everyday tasks such as cleaning and meals, through to complex or higher needs.

Costs and contributions vary and we will help you with this process so it easy to understand before you sign anything. The amount the government pays will depend on:

  • your ongoing and/or short-term classification
  • the supplements you’re eligible for
  • the services, equipment and products you receive
  • how much you contribute towards your care.

“We are so thankful that we have found Country to Coast.

The whole team are so caring, polite and nice.

We are just thrilled with the service, thank you.

- Malcolm Lowe

“Andrew and myself would like to thank you and your amazing team at Country to Coast for the amazing care you have provided to both Di and Graham over the years.

Your care has kept them in their own home for as long as possible. The care and compassion you have shown to them has allowed Andrew and myself to not have to stress and worry about Di and Graham being so physically far away from them.”

- Susanne Coutts

“Just to say another huge thank you for your care and concern for us over the time we have had the care package.”

(This song was emailed to us by a consumer’s wife, Merrie who sings in a quartet and wanted her husband to have a Christmas Carol. She emailed it to us to say thank you. Sharing with permission).
