We treat all feedback fairly, promptly, respectfully, confidentially, and you can give feedback without fear of retribution.

We view any complaint as a positive opportunity to improve and to learn about the needs of others.
We closely review and track our work, performance and service on a weekly basis and act immediately when a concern arises – we will either remedy it or reach a mutually beneficial resolution together with you.
This applies to our participants, all staff, Governing Body Members, employees, volunteers, contractors, suppliers, former staff and associates.
