How to get started
You can purchase services directly with us, or can help you apply for a Government subsidy:

Step 1
Contact My Aged Care who discuss your needs with you and refer you for an assessment. You can also apply online.

Step 2
You are assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team.

Step 3
If eligible, you will receive a letter information about the services you’re approved to receive.

Step 4
Once you are approved, you need to choose a service provider (we are an approved provider) and discuss your needs.

Step 5
Start receiving your services.
