We support locals with home care services

We help people continue to make informed decisions about staying at home and their health as they get older.

We have been appointed by the Department of Health as an approved provider of home care packages. Managing Director and Founder, Lucy Lincoln leads a fully qualified, cohesive and experienced team to deliver support, seven days a week. 

We only ever employ local and qualified staff who are committed to making a difference and assisting people in their independence. All staff recieve ongoing training and are expected to work in a way that breaks down the effects of a fragmented aged care system.

We offer routine days and times with regular highly skilled and fully qualified care workers so you can plan and enjoy your life.

If you have already had your Aged Care Assessment Service from My Aged Care, we can then coordinate and tailor a package to help you live safely and well, in your own home.

How to apply for a home care package

Customised private services available for purchase outside of the government subsidised program. To explore your options, please contact us for a private services quote.

We can assist with the Government subsidy process:

Step 1

Contact My Aged Care who discuss your needs with you and refer you for an assessment.

Step 2

You are assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team.

Step 3

Based on your needs, you may be recommended for a Home Care Package if eligible (levels range from 1 to 4).

Step 4

Once you are approved and assigned for a package, you need to choose a service provider (we are an approved provider) and discuss your needs.

Step 5

Start receiving your services.


You can purchase home care services directly with us, or you can apply for a Government subsidised home care package.

Services are the same for both purchase options and are all provided by the same full-time, directly employed experienced team members.

If you’re over 65 and need some extra support with daily tasks so you can remain living at home, you may be eligible for a home care package; or, if you are 50 and identify as having Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander heritage.

The Consumer Directed Care – Home Care Package Programme is an Australian Government initiative which now gives people more choice and flexibility about choosing a home care provider that meets their needs and goals. 

Once you are approved and assigned a Home Care Package, you’ll need to choose a home care package provider. We are an approved provider of these support services and we will work with you to create your own support plan which reflects your individual needs and goals.

Home care packages are subsidised by the Australian Government and there are four levels of support available.

You can apply for a home care package via the My Aged Care website or by calling 1800 200 422.

Eligibility and your level of care are determined by a government body known as the Aged Care Assessment Service.
