We are always on the look out for local staff who can work in Aireys Inlet, Anglesea, Armstrong Creek, Torquay, Jan Juc, Bells Beach, Bellbrae.

You will need to be available for weekday and weekend hours, hold a current driver’s licence and car, have excellent people skills – be presentable, respectful, warm and friendly, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for providing clients with high quality care.

We need staff who at least hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or progress towards completion) and Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to complete one, paid for by Country to Coast).

Common duties

  • Domestic assistance (light housework duties)
  • Personal care (bathing, dressing)
  • Social support (shopping, social outings, meal preparation)
  • Transport (medical appointments and outings)
